The Treasury Department and the Internal Revenue Service have issued tax payment and filing relief for taxpayers as we face the COVID-19 pandemic.  According to Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, extending the payment deadline deadline to July 15, 2020 will leave nearly $300 billion in the economy.  Most recently it has been announced that the April 15, 2020 filing deadline has been extended to July 15, 2020.

Indiana has announced they will follow the Federal payment extension rules as well as extend the filing deadline to July 15, 2020.

Our office is open and here to help our clients navigate through this time of uncertainty.  Please reach out to your CPA should you have more specific questions.  Thank you for trusting DWD with your tax and accounting needs.
