What does full service payroll include?

Input of payroll, calculation of wages, calculation of miscellaneous deductions (garnishments, child support, cafeteria plans, etc.), check distribution/direct deposit, along with monthly, quarterly, and annual tax preparation to include W2’s and 1099s.

Do you offer direct deposit?

Yes, we offer direct deposit for all employees.  There is also an employee portal option for employees to view their paystubs directly online.

Does DWD prepare monthly, quarterly and annual payroll taxes?

Yes, our services include monthly, quarterly, or annual payroll tax filings to fit the needs of your organization.  We can customize our services to meet your needs.

Can my employees access their checkstubs and W-2s?

Yes, DWD offers individual web-based portals for employees to login and retrieve their checkstubs and W-2s through NetClient CS.

Can I, as an employer, access timely and accurate time sheets and other employee information?

You, as the employer, will have access to all your employees’ timesheets.  You will have access to review them prior to being processed.

Will I receive payroll reports each run?

Yes, with our online portal access, you will be notified when the reports are published to the portal.  They stay on the portal so you can always go back to prior payroll reports if needed.

What is the ideal time of the year to transition my payroll services over?

We can accommodate what fits your needs. Ideally, a good transition would be at the start of a new quarter or the start of a new year.

Is there a cost to transitioning over my payroll to DWD?

There may be setup costs depending on various timing and setup complexities. Costs may be waived under certain circumstances.
