Indiana Providing PPE Assistance

The State of Indiana has created the PPE Market place to assist small business and nonprofit organizations safely reopen.  Organizations are encouraged to first procure their own PPE before requesting supplies from the State.  Your organization can request supplies by answering a few basic questions at backontrack.in.gov.  The State does note that online requests are not guaranteed, and each will be evaluated and fulfilled based on work environment risk profile, stock availability, and the number of outstanding requests. 

Who qualifies?

  • Business or nonprofit organization registered to do business in Indiana with the Indiana Secretary of State
  • Those employing less than 150 associates
  • An organization that must use PPE to reopen and comply with safe workplace requirements
  • Businesses should try to order PPE, using state marketplace as a backup
  • Restaurants, retail sales, personal services and office environments

How much does it cost?

The state of Indiana is initially fulfilling orders at no charge.  When that changes will depend on multiple factors.

What do you receive?

  • The marketplace bundles will consist of masks, hand sanitizer and face shields
  • Some orders will only be partially filled
  • If you are a business of up to 50 employees, you will receive:
    • 50 masks
    • 1 1-gallon hand sanitizer
    • 10 2-oz. hand sanitizer
    • 10 face shields
  • If you are a business of 51-100 employees, you will receive:
    • 100 masks
    • 1 1-gallon hand sanitizer
    • 10 2-oz. hand sanitizer
    • 10 face shields
  • If you are a business of 100-150 employees, you will receive:
    • 150 masks
    • 1 1-gallon hand sanitizer
    • 10 2-oz. hand sanitizer
    • 10 face shields
