What Is A QuickBooks ProAdvisor?

Do you need a QuickBooks ProAdvisor?

A QuickBooks ProAdvisor has taken a course, passed an exam and become certified in QuickBooks.

Achieving this means having access to resources such as training materials for our clients, access to QuickBooks support and discounted software.

As a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, we can help you choose the correct version of QuickBooks software for your business, assist with setting up your QuickBooks file including the chart of accounts, and also help with any accounting questions.

Do you already have your QuickBooks file set up but need more information on how to use it?  As a ProAdvisor we can assist with the following:

  • Lists
  • Bank accounts
  • Sales
  • Receiving payments and making deposits
  • Entering and paying bills
  • Reports
  • Setting up inventory
  • Tracking and paying sales tax
  • Payroll
  • Estimates and progress invoicing
  • Time tracking
  • Customizing forms/letters
  • Multiple currencies

Learning a new software can be intimidating.  If you have questions about choosing the right QuickBooks software for your company, setting it up or how to use any of its functions, give DWD a call and we would be happy to help.
